HALLA LOCAL LEARNING GUIDE

Think beyond today's score to the next school stage.

Elementary years are about finding subject gaps early and building repeatable study habits. Grades 5–6 are especially important for reading, vocabulary, calculation and explanation skills.

We first understand the student's current level and school-learning context before setting the next direction.

Subjects affect each other

Korean reading supports science and social studies, while math fluency affects later problem-solving speed.

Grade 6 needs a transition view

Students benefit from learning how to prioritize subjects and follow a weekly plan before middle school.

Independent from the school

Halla Academy is not affiliated with Jeju Jungang Elementary; plans are adjusted using each student's actual school materials.

2026 OFFICIAL SCHOOL SIGNAL

A real second-semester school signal

Jeju Jungang Elementary’s official site posted a “second-semester after-school program enrollment [new enrollment]” notice on July 24, 2026. When after-school schedules change, families should recalculate actual home-arrival time instead of leaving the old study plan untouched.

Realistic learning scenario based on official notices

Practical example: if a new after-school activity delays arrival by one hour on Monday and Wednesday, protect a minimum maintenance dose on those days and move deeper English/math work to Tuesday and Thursday.
